Hours: Approx. 25 hours per week - with ability to provide additional support if required
Working Pattern:
* Preferred: Monday to Friday, 9:30am 2:30pm
* Alternative: Monday to Thursday (flexible for the right candidate)
Pay Rate:
* £12.75 per hour
* Additional bonus structure for lead generation
Swann Recruitment is seeking a proactive and candidate-focused Part-Time Resourcer to support the team in Shaftesbury. This role is ideal for someone with previous office-based experience who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and contributing to business growth.
You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, onboarding new clients, and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and engage with candidates across various channels
* Conduct candidate registrations and onboarding processes
* Carry out employment referencing and compliance checks
* Support the onboarding of new clients
* Maintain accurate records within internal systems
* Identify and generate new business leads (bonus incentivised)
* Provide excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment journey
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous office-based experience (essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Confident using computer systems and databases
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and positive approach to work
* Sales/Recruitment (advantageous)
