We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solution Architect Deputy Lead (m/f/d) for our SAP environment. This full-time role offers functional leadership and the flexibility to travel globally, and can be hired across Europe with contracts in our European dependencies.
Your tasks
* Oversee global SAP solution strategy, architecture, and integrations.
* Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to align product development with business requirements.
* Recommend solutions or improvements to business processes through new or existing technology.
* Establish and manage Solution Architecture governance, structure, and processes.
* Research business requirements and document relationships between application components.
* Translate business requirements into application requirements.
* Cover the scope of the S4Hana Program Northstar, including various subprocesses.
* Support defining process end-to-end capabilities with potential for standardization and harmonization.
* Ensure solutions address application, integration, data flows, roles, and key design decisions.
* Lead and pre-validate Change Board inputs.
* Monitor and analyze change requests to address dependencies.
Your profile
* University degree in business studies or equivalent education.
* Experience in leading teams and projects.
* Expert SAP knowledge and experience as a Solution Architect in SAP environments.
* Fluent in English.
* Willingness to travel up to 40% globally.
