Primarily lab based, you will work within a friendly team involved in the design, formulation and testing of novel agrochemical compounds. You will work on a broad range of formulation types on a small batch scale as well as scaling up. Applications are invited from candidates with: * BSc, MSc or PhD in Chemistry or similar Scientific discipline * Proven experience developing and evaluating formulations (ideally within agrochemical sector) * Experience mentoring and supervising junior staff * Knowledge of GLP regulations would be beneficial * Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
