We're working with an exciting entertainment tech company that's transforming how people experience social entertainment across the UK.
They're looking for a Key Account Manager to take the lead on growing and retaining a portfolio of high-value B2B clients, think hospitality groups, competitive socialising venues, and multi-site leisure operators.
This is a unique opportunity to join a market leader in the entertainment technology space, helping iconic venues unlock the power of interactive experiences that drive footfall and revenue.
About the Role:
As Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding key partnerships across the UK. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring clients get maximum value from the platform while identifying growth opportunities through upselling and multi-site expansion.
This is a hybrid role based remotely in the UK, with regular travel to visit clients and attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts across the UK
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and operational teams
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and product adoption
Support clients with onboarding, activation planning, and best practice use of the platform
Monitor product usage and customer engagement, proactively addressing risks
Collaborate with internal teams to bring customer feedback into marketing, product, and commercial strategy
Represent the brand at trade shows, partner meetings, and industry events
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, hospitality tech, or the entertainment space
Proven track record managing multi-site clients or strategic accounts
Commercially minded with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Confident navigating complex stakeholder groups and securing buy-in
Comfortable in a scale-up environment, proactive, adaptable, and hands-on
Based in the UK and happy to travel frequently (approx. 40-50%)
