We are looking for a Finance Project Manager to join our client on 12 month FTC and lead the Finance workstream within a large CRM replacement program. This pivotal role requires spearheading finance transformation initiatives, optimising compliance, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing financial insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and make a significant impact on the organisation’s financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver finance transformation activities within the CRM replacement program.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Drive process transformation to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
* Lead system integration efforts, focusing on ERP and CRM systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
* Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful change adoption.
* Enable and facilitate change management processes across finance operations.
Requirements
* Proven expertise in finance processes, especially O2C (Order to Cash) and R2R (Record to Report).
* In-depth knowledge of billing and revenue processes.
* Experience in ERP and CRM system implementations, with a strong preference for NetSuite and Salesforce.
* Excellent project management and leadership skills.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
