Machine Operative – Laminate Manufacturing – Trafford Park – £14–£16.50 per Hour – Temp to Permanent Experienced Machine Operative required for a laminate manufacturing company in Trafford Park. Our client, a well-established laminate manufacturing business, is seeking a skilled Machine Operative to join their production team. This is a temp to permanent role with competitive pay and early finish on Fridays. Key Responsibilities – Machine Operative * Set up, operate, and maintain machinery including: * Edgebanders * Post forming machines * Spindle moulders * Beam saws * Monitor production quality and output * Read and work from technical drawings/specifications * Ensure materials are cut and finished to high-quality standards * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace * Report machinery faults or maintenance requirements Candidate Requirements * Minimum 12 months’ experience operating edgebanders, post forming machinery, spindle moulders, beam saws, or similar equipment * Experience in laminate, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or similar industry preferred * Strong attention to detail and quality standards * Good understanding of health & safety procedures * Reliable, punctual, and a team player Hours & Pay * ...
