Senior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer
£45,000 - £55,000 + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £65k+) ?? Hampshire (within 50-mile radius)
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for a Senior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer .
This is a key position within the business, ideal for an experienced engineer looking to step into a more senior role with added responsibility, influence, and long-term progression.
The Role
You'll be the go-to engineer on site-handling complex faults, supporting junior engineers, and ensuring high standards across service and maintenance work.
Service, maintenance & fault finding on commercial refrigeration & AC systems
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Support and mentor junior engineers
Assist with commissioning and system optimisation
Work independently across customer sites
Participate in a 1-in-7 call-out rota
Use Simpro system for job management and reporting
What They're Looking For
F-Gas Category 1
Strong background in commercial refrigeration & air conditioning
Proven experience handling complex faults and large systems
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to lead by example and support junior engineers
Based in or around Hampshire
Desirable (Not Essential)
CO2 experience
Commissioning experience
Experience with Dixell XWeb / monitoring systems
Previous mentoring or supervisory experience
