At Oakbank School, part of the Greenshaw Learning Trust, we are seeking a passionate and proactive Teacher of PE-Girls to join our team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where collaboration and purpose drive everything we do.
About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic subject specialist to join our committed PE Department. The successful candidate will motivate, challenge, support and inspire our students. They must also have relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/tutor.
To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to accelerate with their learning.
To contribute to raising standards of student attainment across the school.
To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
