Protecting and supporting the health of individual patients / residents, including assessment of care and health education needs, and development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, including discharge planning for each patient.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Under supervision, gaining experience and skills in clinical practice, facilitation and teaching, and management (as appropriate).
* Taking charge of the ward/department/unit in the absence of senior nursing staff following performance review.
* Adopting a flexible approach to hours of duty to meet the needs of the service over a 24 hour period.
Requirements:
* A current NMC Pin registration - RMN/ RNLD.
* A legal right to work in the U.K.
* CAMHs Experience is desirable.
