ABOUT THE COMPANY


CareLineLive, launched in 2018 by Josh Hough – Managing Director. Josh was born with a rare muscle weakening illness and unfortunately was written off by doctors at an early age. This and the struggles his family faced getting information about his grandfather’s care fuelled his fire and was the inspiration behind setting up CareLineLive.

We serve over 700 customers, in seven countries, produce revenues of over £3.5m and have over 40 staff. It helps 17,000 carers deliver better care and for the home care companies to improve their operations and their regulatory compliance.

ABOUT THE JOB


Join Our Growing Team and Make an Impact!

We are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative). Your job would be to build a relationship with potential customers - all of whom are on our database, to eventually set an appointment for a Sales Manager to complete a demonstration all by Phone and E-Mail.


We’re looking for a full time member of staff with the ability to hybrid work from my office in Slinfold and from home. You’ll be given the latest technology, private medical insurance and plenty more benefits including a brilliant team spirit.


Salary is competitive, commission is uncapped can be upwards of £1,000 a month!


You should be tenacious and resilient and good with technology. You don’t need any previous experience, all that we ask of you is that you’ll give it 110%.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES


* Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
* Contact and qualify potential customers
* Set appointments and follow up on leads
* Track progress towards meeting sales goals
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
* Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
* Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
* Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
* Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
