A superb opportunity to join one of the top firms in London as a Corporate PSL/Knowledge Lawyer. The firm has one of the largest private equity practices in the City and is looking for a skilled knowledge lawyer to support the ongoing development and growth of the team.
Responsibilities in this broad role will include monitoring legal developments, updating knowhow and precedent content, assisting with training programmes, and supporting fee-earners with technical queries. You will also have plenty of scope to be involved with strategy and innovation and will sit at the heart of the practice.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' corporate experience, ideally in private equity, M&A and general corporate advisory work. You may be an existing PSL, a fee-earner in private practice or an in-house lawyer looking to transition into a knowledge role. You must be highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to independently take on projects as part of a supportive and friendly team.
The salary on offer is at the top of the market.
