Requirements To Be Successful In The Role:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or events is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

* Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Events Sales Manager in planning, organizing, and executing events.
* Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
* Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
* Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
* Assist in post-event evaluations, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements.
* Participate in marketing activities to promote upcoming events.
