Land Coordinator – Major Infrastructure Programme
Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days office/site)
£30 – £50 per hour (Inside IR35)
Long-term contract | ASAP start
We’re looking for an experienced Land Coordinator to support a major UK infrastructure programme, acting as the key link between land teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll coordinate land activities, manage information flow, and ensure issues are escalated and resolved efficiently across multiple teams.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating land acquisition, access & handback activities
Acting as the central point of contact for land matters
Supporting notices, utilities, and land rights processes
Managing data, reporting, and GIS inputs
Escalating risks and issues through governance routes
Liaising with multiple stakeholders across complex interfaces
What we’re looking for:
Experience in land coordination or infrastructure project support
Strong stakeholder and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of land processes in major projects
Highly organised and proactive approach
