Your new role
1. Operate, maintain and carry out minor repairs on a wide range of mechanical, electrical and handheld grounds‑maintenance equipment.
2. Establish, maintain and improve shrub beds, grassed areas and landscaped spaces, including planting, pruning, mulching and reseeding.
3. Remove litter, debris and fly‑tipped materials from hard surfaces, green areas and waterways.
4. Safely apply chemicals, pesticides and weed‑killers in line with COSHH procedures.
5. Load, unload and transport equipment, materials and waste as required.
6. Ensure all work ispleted safely, to a high standard, and inpliance with Health & Safety legislation and risk assessments.
7. Accuratelyplete job records using paperwork, PDAs and mobile devices within required timescales.
8. Report hazards, accidents, near misses and potential public liability risks promptly.
9. Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and customers, maintaining good relationships and supporting service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
10. A full current driving licence which includes B1+E / C1+E licence category.
11. Basic Access NI cleared
