Role Overview As a Business Analyst at Tsuro, you’ll act as the bridge between legal professionals, product teams, and technologists. You’ll help translate real-world legal practices into digital workflows, optimizing how lawyers and firms leverage AI-driven tools for case management, billing, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with legal staff and practice managers to understand current processes, challenges, and user needs. Requirement Gathering & Analysis Elicit and document detailed requirements (functional, non-functional, system integrations) and map them to use cases, journeys, and workflows specific to legal matter handling, CRM, and billing processes. Process Modelling Develop current & future state process flows (e.g., client matter onboarding, fee estimation, document lifecycle) and propose improvements leveraging Tsuro’s low-code solution. Solution Design & Validation Collaborate with UX, product managers, and engineers to ideate, prototype, and validate features on Tsuro’s Microsoft?based platform. User Story & Acceptance Criteria Write user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile methodology to support development cycles and ensure clarity in deliverables. Testing & Quality Assurance Work with QA to design test scenarios, support UAT, and ensure new modules meet business needs before release. Prioritisation & Backlog Management Assist Product Owners to prioritise requests based on ROI, risk, and strategic objectives. Required Qualifications 3 years’ experience as a BA or Product Analyst in SaaS, especially legal tech, legal services, or professional services domains. Proven track record of translating legal workflows (e.g., client onboarding, case management, billing) into digital solutions. Strong process modelling skills (BPMN or equivalent). Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially with end?users like lawyers, paralegals, and business managers. Experience writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile dev teams. Comfortable with Microsoft tech stack (Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint) or a willingness to quickly learn. Detail?oriented with a blend of analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Experience in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., MS Power Apps). Familiarity with AI-driven SaaS platforms in legal or financial services. Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to UK law firms.
