I am currently recruiting for a General Builder to join a housing association on a permanent basis covering Bournemouth. This role involves working within occupied properties.
As a General Builder, you will receive:

As a General Builder, you will be:
• Digging underground drainage, repairing collapsed pipework and installing soakaways.
• Roofing and roof repairs, roof problem solving, assessing roof integrity and guttering repairs.
• Re-pointing, minor rendering, tiling and cement works.
• All types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels.
• Laying self-levelling compound, flooring and floor tiles
• Repairing brickwork and blockwork.
As a General Builder, you will need:
A full UK driving licence
Relevant experience
Domestic experience
