The Role:
Our client is an established IT Managed Services provider (MSP) now set on a pathway to build capability and grow the business. It's an exciting time to join as they look to grow and build their focus on Microsoft services along side their other certain vendor technology partners. As a result they now need a Technical Analyst to join the team.
This role will be hybrid based 3 days in the office 2 remote from home and you will also get the chance to go to customer site to provide support and set up!
It's also a key role that help develop, build your career in technology, allowing you to grow a certification pathway in both Microsoft and other vendors within your first 6 months and beyond.
What do you need?
This role would suit somebody coming from a support services team, service desk or helpdesk support role ideally from an MSP / Managed IT Services provider who has a real skill for investigation and problem solving. Or if you've been working as an IT apprentice and now passed this through working in a Microsoft orientated support role then this may also be considered.
Experience: 6 months min experience supporting most of the following technologies;
* Microsoft 365
* M365 Admin Center, Partner Center
* Windows Desktop
* AD, Group policies
* Azure AD/Entra ID
* Intune / MDM
* Conditional Access / MFA
* Exchange Online
* AVD
* SharePoint Online
* Windows Server
* Setting up new Users/Device/Printers
* Antivirus
* Back Up
Advantageous to have/know about:
* TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
* Firewalls
* Network routers
