The Role
ROLE OBJECTIVES
This performance marketing role seeks an individual with a proven track record of driving growth using paid tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
You will be responsible for driving revenue and sales for our dental cover products, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working full-time (40 hours/week) with at least 6 hours of overlap with Australian business hours (8 am-5 pm GMT+10).
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and execute paid search and social campaigns to increase member acquisition and retention across platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, and CPA, and collaborate with sales teams for aligned messaging.
* Own the Complete Funnel: Generate leads and revenue through targeted campaigns, monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the sales funnel.
* Budget Management: Manage PPC and paid social budgets effectively to balance cost and performance.
* Testing: Implement A/B testing hypotheses to continually improve ad performance and campaign effectiveness.
* Performance Reporting: Regularly report on PPC and paid social metrics, providing insights for ongoing improvement.
* Explore New Platforms: Identify new advertising opportunities, experiment with new channels, and ensure creative alignment with brand standards.
