As a Head Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining our grounds to ensure they are beautiful for our guests throughout the year.
Experience in a similar role is essential.

* No two days are ever the same; often, you won’t know what you’ll be doing until you arrive.
* You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty.
* Health & safety compliance checks are mandatory to ensure everyone's safety.
* Our gardens are the first impression for our guests, so they must look perfect.
* You will have the opportunity to train new staff to uphold our standards.
* All Heads of Department participate in the Duty Manager rota.
* When team members leave, you'll have the chance to recruit new talent.
