Wavenet is seeking a Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert technical assistance and ensuring excellent service delivery. This role involves handling IT issues related to desktop support, virtualization, networking, cloud solutions, security, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing technical support via phone and email, ensuring quick response and resolution.
* Managing and prioritizing support tickets within SLAs.
