The Role Stepping into this position, you'll become a trusted strategic adviser to employers navigating the full spectrum of employment challenges. You will work directly with HR leaders, management teams, and boards, helping shape meaningful employment strategies, influencing policy development, and guiding clients through an ever-changing legal landscape with clarity and confidence. Key Responsibilities Represent and advise clients in tribunal and High Court proceedings. Draft, review, and refine contracts, service agreements, policies, and employee handbooks. Deliver training and insights to management on discrimination, legal updates, and HR best practice. Provide guidance on trade union recognition, collective issues, and industrial relations. Support clients through the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Offer practical, solutions-led advice to manage risk and resolve issues efficiently and commercially. About You You'll bring substantial, senior-level experience in employment law with exposure to complex tribunal and/or High Court matters. You combine strong commercial judgement with the ability to deliver pragmatic, outcome-focused advice. You are confident in drafting, advising, and training across a wide range of HR and employment matters. Your communication and relationship-building skills will allow you to work seamlessly with high-level stakeholders across public, private, and third-sector organisations. A proven track record in business development or contributing to the growth of a practice will be highly advantageous.
