Connex Education is working in partnership with a dynamic inner-city primary school seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team for the second half of the summer term. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive environment and make a real difference in a vibrant school community.
✨ About the Role:
You will take on full class teaching responsibilities within a Year 4 classroom, working closely with the wider Year 4 team to ensure consistency and high-quality teaching and learning. Collaboration is key in this role, including supporting with PPA cover across the year group where required.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Strong experience within Key Stage 2 (Year 4 desirable)
3. Confidence working in an inner-city school environment
4. Ability to manage behaviour effectively and create an engaging learning space
5. A flexible, team-oriented approach to teaching
