Job Description: Reliability Engineer at MAFI
The MAFI Mission: Where Faith Meets Innovation
Since 1945, MAFI has been delivering help, hope, and healing to isolated communities, bridging the gap between despair and renewal. With a fleet of 116 aircraft, we connect the world’s most remote regions with medical care, disaster relief, education, and the message of Christ. Behind every flight is a strong engineering team—and that’s where you come in.

Your responsibilities include identifying and managing data quality, analyzing failure trends, and driving root cause investigations. You will work closely with others to influence fleet standards and maintenance programs, streamline reporting, and guide key personnel—helping to turn data into smarter technical decisions. Additionally, you will monitor and report on fleet-wide performance to meet regulatory standards, with occasional international travel (up to 2 weeks per year) to support MAF’s mission.
