Data Management Administrator
Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)
Working Hours: Applications for full- or part-time working patterns are welcome. We are committed to ensuring this role can work around your existing commitments and can offer flexible working patterns between 25 and 37.5 hours per week.

We recognize that master data is at the heart of everything that we do. As Data Management Administrator, you will focus on maintaining master data in our business systems to ensure it is reliable and accurate, supporting daily operations and strategic decision-making.
Working closely with various departments, you will become an expert in all aspects of data across our UK Manufacturing business. You will guide best practices and ensure documentation supports users.
Job Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and highly effective Data Management Administrator to join the Data Management Team within UK Supply.
Reporting to the UK Supply BI and Data Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our master data to ensure it is reliable, accurate, and updated in a timely manner to support operations and decisions. Prioritization and focus are essential when dealing with large data volumes.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Creation and maintenance of core data including Product Data, Manufacturing Bills of Materials, Routings, and Product Costings.
2. Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with business definitions.
3. Gathering requirements and understanding business rules related to data.
4. Promoting best practices and documenting procedures for data management.
5. Maintaining data integrity and developing long-term fixes for recurring issues.
6. Managing documentation of standards and procedures.
7. Ensuring data sustainability across multiple systems, collaborating with technical and business teams.
8. Identifying process improvements and leading cross-functional teams to implement them.
9. Administering NPI and Obsolescence requests as part of product lifecycle management.
Ideal Candidate:
* High attention to detail

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes (desired)
* Knowledge of SharePoint and Power Platform (desired)
