What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

* Experience leading business analysis across large, complex products using a range of techniques to understand problems and user needs.
* Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clearly communicate requirements and acceptance criteria.
* Skilled in applying analysis tools to identify improvements and make informed recommendations.
* Proven capability working in agile teams, promoting Agile practices and supporting colleagues' development.
* Demonstrated leadership within the BA community, including line management, recruitment support and driving continuous improvement.
