About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Restaurant & QSR Department in beautiful Bognor Regis!
In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Senior Kitchen Manager and play a crucial part in leading a dynamic team of up to 10 members per shift. Your mission? To ensure our guests leave with a smile, making them the heart of every operational decision.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Resource planning and recruitment to build the best team for exceptional service.
* Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
* Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to high standards.
* Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
Typical working hours: This role is based on 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days with a variety of shifts between 7 AM and 3 AM, depending on the restaurant’s opening hours.
