Overview
We are looking for an Air Conditioning Manager Engineer.
Location: Norwich or Cambridge
Salary £50,000+ a year - Permanent, Full-time
Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair AC systems to current standards
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs independently
* Use company software (Commusoft) for accurate job logging and timekeeping
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures, F-Gas regulations, and company policies
* Test systems and complete required documentation (digital or manual)
* Communicate effectively with customers and the wider team
* Order necessary parts and manage job materials
Requirements
* F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
* NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
* Experience with commercial and residential AC systems
* Strong diagnostics, testing, and repair skills
* Excellent communication and customer service
* Full, clean UK driver's licence
