Chef de Partie Needed!
We are seeking a strong and motivated Chef de Partie (CDP) with restaurant and events background. You will be part of a talented brigade of 15 chefs, working across both the Members restaurant and Events kitchen.
Hours : 40 hours per week ( predominantly Monday to Friday, with some weekend work)
Overtime : Paid overtime
Delivering menus including fork buffets, working lunches, canape receptions, bowl food, and formal plated lunches and dinners
Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation
Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service and efficient kitchen operations
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, following all hygiene and health & safety regulations
Proven experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role within a reputable hospitality establishment
Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene standards
