Job Overview
Our client are seeking a CNC Machine Operative to join their growing business.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, 30 min break and two 15 min breaks. Salary: £27,476.80 with overtime and enhancements available pending training.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to manufacture high‑quality products.
- Work with wood materials.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in all work performed.
- Conduct routine checks on machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Detail‑oriented and passionate about producing top‑notch work.
