Steward
We are seeking a Stewarding to oversee and coordinate back-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the pantry, storerooms, and kitchen areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise porters and stewarding staff to ensure smooth operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, and equipment distribution.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all back-of-house food and beverage areas.
* Manage staff schedules, control costs, and ensure adherence to HACCP and safety protocols.
* Oversee the inventory, storage, and requisition of kitchen supplies and equipment.
* Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and ensure operational efficiency at all times.
