What you’ll do
* Deliver core professional services including dilapidations, TDD, schedules of condition and PPMs
* Advise clients on technical, legal, sustainability and restoration matters
* Strengthen client relationships while supporting new business development
* Prepare reports, lead presentations and ensure high-quality project delivery
What you’ll bring
* MRICS chartered status with commercial sector experience
* Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
* Strong organisation and IT skills with the ability to work independently
* A proactive mindset and full UK driving licence
