About the Role
Supply Bank is currently recruiting qualified Primary Teachers for flexible teaching opportunities in Stockport and the surrounding areas. You’ll be providing short-term cover in local primary schools, delivering lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring continuity in pupils' learning during staff absences.
Key Responsibilities
• Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience and preferences
• Deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons
• Ensure a calm, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff
• Adapt quickly to new settings while maintaining professional standards
What We’re Looking For
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools
• Strong classroom management and flexibility
• A positive, proactive and professional approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
