Job Description
3. Manage the PAS2035 process from assessment to handover.
4. Oversee retrofit surveys and ensure compliance with TrustMark standards.
5. Deliver accurate energy modelling using RdSAP and SAP.
6. Work with internal teams to secure funding streams (SHDF, LAD, ECO).
7. Monitor and report on project performance and objectives.
The Successful Applicant
8. Retrofit Coordinator qualification (PAS2035).
9. Domestic Energy Assessor and OCDEA certified.
10. Minimum 5 years' experience in construction or housing refurbishment.
11. Strong ability to manage survey processes and teams.
12. Full UK driving licence.
