Are you an experienced financial planning administrator looking for a role where your knowledge, independence, and leadership can truly make a difference? We’re working with a long-established financial advice business that is expanding its support team due to ongoing growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an office-based team environment, enjoys supporting high-net-worth clients, and wants to contribute to the development of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers, with a focus on complex client cases and high-net-worth individuals.
Work closely with senior members of the support function, assisting in oversight, training, and mentoring of junior staff.
Manage end-to-end client processes including provider liaison, application handling, valuations, and post-review actions.
Maintain detailed and compliant client records through back-office systems and platforms.
Contribute to process improvement, team knowledge sharing, and support wider business initiatives.
