Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are working closely with a Primary School based in BS7 who are currently looking for a PPA Teacher to work throughout all year groups in their school.
The mission for this school is to promote social and educational development and achievements for their pupils. Working for this Primary School, you will be joining a supportive team of teachers. This will be an opportunity to use your initiative and creativity to support children’s learning and development.
The Role
As a PPA Teacher, you should be flexible, working across all Primary age groups, with strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
This is a full-time, term-time-only position starting in January, covering absences and PPA time.
This role offers a chance to develop your experience or work closely with Class Teachers, delivering lessons with your initiative and knowledge.
You will be expected to:
* Communicate clearly with all staff.
* Have excellent knowledge of EYFS, KS1, and KS2 curricula.
* Deliver pre-planned lessons to meet the school's high standards.
* Assess children's learning and provide feedback to the Class Teacher.
* Be approachable, calm, and positive.
* Implement Positive Behaviour Management strategies.
