Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Head Chef role located in Greater London. The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high food quality and presentation, manage kitchen staff, plan menus, and maintain inventory. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing food costs, and creating innovative dishes that align with the club's sophisticated brand. Additionally, the Head Chef will collaborate with event planners to create tailored menus for special events and gatherings.
