Kingston College is seeking a Curriculum Administrator to provide administrative support to the Schools, Sections, Lecturers, Technical staff, Principal, Senior Management Team, and students.
The successful candidate will maintain and update timetables, registers, and attendance data using College systems, process pay advice for sessional staff, and maintain accurate and timely student learning programme data in response to all funding streams.
Responsibilities will include providing administrative support for School-related functions, including Attendance, Performance and Academic (APA) process, cover arrangements, student references, student attendance, collating and issuing student progress reports, and organising parent consultation evenings and purchase ordering.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent administrative skills, including knowledge of office procedures, constructing letters, and strong telephone and communication skills. You will be methodical and highly organised, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working under pressure, prioritising tasks, and being assertive when required.
