We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our Credit Control team - a key role focused on driving cash collection, minimising debt, and supporting the smooth financial operation of the business.
You will bring a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail, with previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role. You will be confident using Microsoft Excel and Word (experience with MRI Qube is a bonus) and comfortable communicating with customers and stakeholders via phone and email.
Highly organised, you will be able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, while using your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies. A collaborative team player, you will also have the confidence to work independently and take ownership of your work.

Your Impact
As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will contribute by:
* Proactively collect overdue debt using calls, emails, and structured recovery processes
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, including operations and house managers
* Maintain accurate records, systems, and reporting to support decision-making
* Handle queries, disputes, and complaints professionally and efficiently
* Produce daily reports and insights for management
* Support wider team activities and adapt to evolving business needs
