Document Controller Based in South East London MUST have a construction background and used either 4Projects/Viewpoint or Asite My client are a leading Developer Based in South East London and they currently have an exciting new project in place which they are looking for a Information Manager to join their team. The vacancy is to start immediately and you MUST have 4Projects/Viewpoint or Asite experience and MUST have worked in the construction industry. 3-5 years’ experience within the construction industry is required and the use of the document system. * Maintain the document control filing and archiving in accordance with the company procedures. * Check the validity of the documents in accordance with the Document Numbering System. * Record the documents in the company database, organise the dispatch, collect the comments. * To provide full secretarial support to Management including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating and collating information, arranging diaries * To provide administrative support to the team and provide comprehensive support to the department as required * To provide liaison with other companies/sites various other duties will be included on a day to day basis!
