Salary £24,638 per annum plus health cash plan and matching pension contribution.

What you’ll do
6. Carry out safety checks on an over 55 sheme and report repairs to keep homes safe and secure
7. Turn around empty rooms quickly so new customers can move in
8. Help customers understand their tenancy and manage their rent
9. Support customers with benefit claims and signposting to other services
10. Keep records up to date and make sure contractors meet our standards

You have
11. Experience in housing, property, care or criminal justice, or equivalent experience
12. Good communication skills and confidence using IT systems
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
14. A positive attitude and a passion for helping people
15. Willingness to travel and work flexibly when needed

Practical bits
16. You’ll work Monday to Friday
17. We work between the hours of 9am to 5pm
18. You’ll work from our service in Barnard Castle but there may be occasions where travel may be needed, to attend team meetings, undertake home visits or to support at a Local scheme.
