Overview
The role is built for someone who loves fostering relationships and helping clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs. Our Account Executives tailor their approach, meeting clients face to face, on the phone, or via video calls. You’ll support clients year round and engage in networking and prospecting to grow your portfolio. You will be part of a team that offers solutions from a diverse range of brands and products, with significant opportunity across the Group. We offer hybrid and flexible working options.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their Insurance needs
* Tailor approaches and communicate across in-person, phone, and video channels
* Support clients year-round and participate in networking and prospecting activities to grow the portfolio
* Provide solutions across a diverse range of brands and products, not solely upsell or cross-sell
* Collaborate with colleagues and adapt to flexible working arrangements
What experience and qualifications are needed?
* Experience in the Insurance Industry from a similar role is essential
* Relevant qualifications are a bonus; opportunities to gain qualifications after joining are available
