About the Role:
* You will be responsible for covering lessons for absent teachers, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for students.
* You will be able to adapt quickly to different teaching styles and curriculum requirements.
* You will be provided with pre-prepared lesson plans and resources, minimising planning and preparation time.
* You will be part of a supportive network of supply teachers, working with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for all students.
What We're Looking For:
* A qualified Teacher (QTS) with a proven track record of successful teaching.
* A passion for English and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work.
