Description
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) within our Report Hub Team, you will own and grow relationships with key financial services clients, supporting their regulatory reporting operations and acting as a trusted advisor across support, product, and technology teams.
This role combines client engagement, problem-solving, and service improvement giving you direct exposure to complex financial ecosystems and high-impact client interactions.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities
Client Ownership
7. Primary contact for assigned clients
8. Build strong relationships and understand client needs
9. Act as client advocate internally
Client Support & Escalation
10. Manage complex production issues and escalations
11. Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Integration teams
12. Ensure timely and high-quality resolution
Service Delivery
13. Deliver service reviews and performance reporting
14. Maintain accurate documentation and case oversight
15. Drive proactive engagement with clients
Continuous Improvement
16. Identify service and process improvements
17. Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects
18. Share knowledge and drive team development
Qualifications:
Experience in client relationship management, client support, or service delivery within financial services (typically 4–6+ years)
Nice To Have
19. Experience with regulatory reporting (EMIR, SFTR, MiFID )
20. Understanding of data flows and system integrations
21. Experience working with SaaS or platform-based solutions
