An experienced First Line Service Desk Analyst required for an established business within Derbyshire
The successful candidate will form part of a strong team culture reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager
Duties :
* Provide first-line technical support
* Log all support requests and technical issues
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
* Follow up with users to ensure.
Key Skills
* Technical support experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritize workload
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are advantageous but not essential.
Monday to Friday (7.00-15.00 & 9.00-17.00 on a weekly rota)
WFH day after probation
Salary - £24500
