About This Role

The Strategic Accounts team has seen remarkable growth over the past 18 months, becoming a vital part of our strategic objectives in the UK. As the food delivery industry evolves rapidly, Just Eat is at the forefront, adapting to new customer behaviors and industry dynamics.

We are on the lookout for a superstar Strategic Account Executive to help us lead the charge in this dynamic space. Here’s what you’ll be doing:


Your Key Responsibilities

* Own the Commercial Strategy: Drive significant growth for a portfolio of high-value QSR brand partners, directly impacting orders, revenue, and market share.
* Support Major Accounts: Play a pivotal role in high-level commercial planning and executing impactful initiatives for one of Just Eat's largest accounts.
* Transform Data into Insights: Analyze complex data to identify opportunities and challenges, driving informed strategic decisions.
* Lead Quarterly Business Reviews: Prepare and conduct impactful QBRs, translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
* Design Innovative Campaigns: Implement marketing strategies and optimize operational efficiencies for a seamless partner and customer experience.
* Build Trust-Based Relationships: Forge deep connections with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing partner strategies.
* Champion Partner Needs: Serve as the central point of contact, driving seamless execution of joint initiatives across all Just Eat teams.


What You Bring to the Table

* Experience: Proven track record in key account management and business development.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to dissect complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
* Negotiation Expertise: Skilled in negotiating complex commercial terms and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Relationship Management: Excellent skills in managing relationships for mutual growth.
* Project Management: Strong understanding of operational levers with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
* Proactive Mindset: A self-starter with a history of delivering results.
* Passion for Food & Tech: Genuine enthusiasm for the food and hospitality industry, along with an interest in technology.
