We’re looking for multiple enthusiastic and organised candidates to join the secretarial and administrative team, a long-established firm of Cornish chartered accountants. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment where client service is at the heart of everything we do.



Key Responsibilities



1. Typing letters, emails, and reports using Word, Excel, and digital dictation software

2. Answering calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments

3. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors

4. Monitoring and ordering office supplies

5. Providing IT support and liaising with specialists

6. PA support to senior staff as required

7. Handling incoming and outgoing post

8. Other ad hoc administrative tasks




What We’re Looking For



9. Previous office experience in an administrative or secretarial role (not essential)

10. Strong written and verbal communication skills

11. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook (training provided on specialist software)

12. Self-motivated with a common-sense approach

13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

14. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality



For the correct candidate the company would be offering £26,000-£28,000
