I am looking for a Project Manager with Construction/Refurb bias to start ASAP on a high profile contract in Reading.

You will:
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of minor refurbishment projects, from initial brief to completion.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
* Prepare project scopes, schedules, and budgets; monitor performance against targets.
* Ensure all refurb works comply with health & safety regulations and building standards.
* Manage site access, permits, and coordination of trades during works.
* Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
* Maintain accurate documentation including project reports, risk assessments, and change orders.
* Support procurement of materials and services in line with company policy
