Job Title: Teaching Assistant

£13.75 - £16.15 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons
* Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials
* Providing one-to-one support to students with learning difficulties
* Supervising students during class and break times
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as record-keeping
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
* Relevant experience working with children or young people
Experience:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Good understanding of child development and learning processes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid certification
* Safeguarding training
Working Conditions:
* Work in a classroom setting within a school
* Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
* May involve some physical activity such as supervising outdoor play
