Electrical Maintenance Technician:
🔧 The Role
Carbon60 are looking for a maintenance technician to support safe and reliable production within a busy packaging environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, inspecting and fault-finding on electrical and automation systems to keep operations running efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preventative and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems
* Diagnosing faults on plant, PLCs, drives and motors (AC/DC)
* Supporting plant reliability and improvement activities
* Working to high Health, Safety & Environmental standards
* Assisting with training and technical investigations
🧠What We’re Looking For
* Electrical qualification (HNC or equivalent via apprenticeship)
* Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently under pressure
* Good communication and basic IT skills
