Job Description
* Provide vital support in the preparation of the monthly management accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
* Cash Flow Forecasting.
* Assist with monthly payroll activities.
* Involvement in business improvement projects, as directed and as identified autonomously.
* Develop and implement strong controls and procedures within the finance area, providing a strong base for the continued rapid growth of the business.
* Continuous improvement of systems and process.
Qualifications
* A minimum 2:1 degree in mathematics (achieved or expected).
* Passion, ambition, and drive to succeed.
* Evidence of some work experience or extracurricular activities is a plus.
* A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate.
* Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership.
* Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
* Desire to learn and progress a finance career.
